ALL Motors Nummela is seeking a workshop supervisor assistant for the automotive workshop. We are looking for a proactive, responsible and customer-service oriented person for a versatile mix of customer service and supervisory tasks in the auto repair shop. The role suits both an experienced workshop supervisor and a person with a good understanding of automobiles and a willingness to grow into supervisory duties. Responsibilities include: greeting customers and customer service, booking maintenance and repair appointments, preparing work orders and organizing tasks, monitoring workshop status and distributing work to technicians, informing customers about progress and possible additional work, preparing cost estimates and quotes, ordering and ensuring availability of parts, communication with customers, parts suppliers, car dealers and other partners, invoicing and handing over completed work, and other daily workshop activities. Qualifications include: strong customer service and organizational skills, proactive and responsible work attitude, ability to multitask in a busy environment, basic technical understanding of cars and workshop operations, good computer skills, thoroughness and the ability to carry tasks through to completion. Proficiency in Finnish is mandatory; Russian language skills are a plus. Previous experience in workshop supervision, customer service, parts sales or other automotive roles is advantageous.
