Automotive Workshop Supervisor

The ALL Motors Nummela offers a role as a supervisor's assistant in an automotive workshop. The job combines customer service, scheduling of maintenance and repair work, organizing work orders, monitoring workshop activity and assigning tasks to mechanics, informing customers about progress and additional work, preparing cost estimates and offers, ordering spare parts and ensuring availability, communicating with customers, spare parts suppliers, car dealerships and other partners, and tasks related to invoicing and handing over completed work. The ideal candidate will have good customer service and organizational skills, a proactive and responsible work attitude, ability to multitask in a busy environment, basic technical understanding of cars and workshop operations, strong computer skills, thoroughness and drive to complete assigned tasks. Proficiency in Finnish is mandatory; Russian is an advantage. Prior experience in automotive workshop supervision, customer service, spare parts sales or other automotive tasks is valued.
