<p><strong>A service-oriented problem-solver who loves pace and busy store shelves?</strong> We are looking for you to work as a salesperson in our department store in Skövde. The job in a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied and goes quickly, while we have fun together. At the checkout, among the shelves and in the middle of our campaigns you create the customer experience. You meet our customers with a smile and make sure the store is neat, replenished and inspiring. One day you help a customer find the right curtain, the next day you reorganize an entire department. No day is the same – and we love it!</p> <p>You don’t need to know everything from the start—we will teach you! But we believe that you: enjoy talking to people and make their day a little better; thrive when things move fast and solve problems with a “I’ll fix it!” attitude; have the possibility to work mornings, days, evenings and weekends; spread positive energy and want to grow with us; are over 18 years old. Have you worked in retail before? Great! But most important is your attitude.</p> <p>You can skip CVs and cover letters if you want. After you submitted your application you will be invited directly to a chatbot-based first interview. The interview lasts about 20 minutes. If you progress, a short test, on-site interview and digital background check follow. The employment form is permanent with a six-month probation period; Part-time 10 h/week; Working times vary; Start date 1 September 2026; Salary according to collective agreement.</p>
