We are looking for horticulture and green space maintenance professionals to join our team in Vantaa for year-round maintenance work. The role involves outdoor work in parks, yards and green areas with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Responsibilities include caring for parks and green spaces, maintenance of planting areas, pruning and tree care, keeping areas tidy and small repair tasks, and winter duties such as snow clearing and gritting. The work is outdoors year-round and every day is different. We expect a background in horticulture (gardener/park gardener) or practical experience in green space maintenance, the ability to work independently and responsibly, a positive attitude and interest in outdoor work all year round, good physical condition, and a willingness to learn and develop skills. A driving license is considered an advantage. We offer diverse and responsible work in pleasant green spaces with supportive colleagues and supervisor. Salary is determined according to the Infra Industry collective agreement and depends on education, experience and skill level, and falls between €14.66 and €16.90 per hour.
