Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to strengthen our sales team. The role is initially a one-year temporary maternity leave replacement, with potential to continue beyond the fixed term depending on company situation and needs. The job combines customer service with consultative sales, including customer contact through all stages of the sales process, technical consulting, preparing quotations, and processing orders. You will closely collaborate with designers and architects, offering consultative design and product support. Our sales focus is customer-oriented, solution-driven service, which has yielded a high customer satisfaction rate of 93%. A strong background in technical sales and understanding of construction, especially waterproofing and roof construction, will help you succeed. We will comprehensively train you on our products, with the most important prerequisites being a fearless attitude toward technical sales and a desire to learn. We value experience in technical sales and consultative customer service, understanding of construction and metal products, experience in design work (structural or MEP), an interest in technical products and three-dimensional visualization, a customer-focused, flexible, and solution-oriented work approach, and fluent Finnish and English.
