We are looking for a Vessel Performance Manager to join our Marine Performance Advisory team in Shanghai. In this role, you will be the crucial link between advanced data analytics and client success, managing a portfolio of customers and guiding them on hull performance and maintenance strategies. What You’ll Do: Manage a portfolio of customers and conduct regular performance reviews to present data-driven recommendations. Promote and enroll customers on our range of digital solutions and platform. Analyze customer data using advanced analytics to interpret vessel performance KPIs. Assess vessel performance based on multiple data sources, including fuel data, visual inspections, and operational profiles. Provide expert advice on hull maintenance strategies leveraging data insights and coatings knowledge. Support and train the sales team to utilize performance evidence for promoting high-end coatings. What You’ll Bring: University degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or equivalent experience in hull performance. Proven experience in data analysis to identify key insights and formulate recommendations. Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver complex technical content clearly.
