Childcare Worker

We are seeking a committed and motivated childcare worker for Kilterin Daycare to cover a parental leave period from 10 August 2026 to 31 December 2026. The position is a three-shift role in a full-day daycare. Work in a full-day daycare is exciting, meaningful and impactful. In addition, good Finnish language skills (spoken and written) are required. Desirable: experience in shift work in early childhood education. Terms of service follow the KVTES collective agreement. Salary: 2610.95–2684.59 EUR/month. Experience-based salary supplement 3–8%. Required authorities: provide a current criminal background check; may be asked for a drug test; tuberculosis clearance for those working with children under school age will be checked.
