We are looking for new and reliable Kultapalat family daycare providers to join our growing team in Mäntsälä. Our warm-hearted providers open their homes to children who are forming their first relationships with adults outside their own families. Safe, high-quality early childhood education is every child's right, and we want to make it possible with your help. Kultapalat family daycare groups have a maximum of four children. A small group makes many different activities possible during the day, and you get to decide what to do. We provide a framework, while you retain the freedom to plan and carry out the work. In addition to that freedom, income from the work averages approximately €3,000 per month when you have four children in care, and you have seven weeks of paid holiday each year. The work is done as a franchise entrepreneur as part of the Kultapalat chain. Don't be put off by the word entrepreneur: we have thought everything through for you. You do not need to know anything about running a business yet, as long as you are passionate about early childhood education and get along well with us adults too. With us, you can create a higher income for yourself, freely plan activities for the daycare days, and give the little ones lessons and cherished memories that stay with them throughout their lives. What we expect from you: Daycare experience Suitable education (a vocational qualification in education, practical nurse, Bachelor of Social Services, or early childhood education teacher) A safe and clean home An unblemished criminal record and good credit history A desire to help renew the early childhood education sector Good interaction skills Cooking skills What we offer: A ready-made Kultapalat family daycare concept that several of our entrepreneurs have already found to work well.
