Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of master data specialists; conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, development, career pathing, succession planning, and retention; monitor attrition and engagement.
Oversee capacity planning, workload allocation, and cross-training for business continuity.
Run daily huddles and team meetings; maintain visual management boards to steer daily performance.
Define, track, and report operational KPIs; prepare dashboards and reviews for stakeholders.
Identify manual, repetitive activities and drive their simplification or automation (Lean, RPA).
Collaborate with IT and process owners on system enhancements (e.g., SAP, OneStream, Ariba).
Own and maintain process documentation; ensure cross-training coverage for critical activities.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in master data, finance operations, or shared services, including at least 1-2 years of experience leading or coordinating a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP ECC, SAP S/4) and master data objects and processes.
Proven people management or team coordination skills in an operational environment (SSC/GBS experience is an advantage).
Strong KPI/SLA orientation and experience with operational reporting and dashboards (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
Demonstrated track record in process improvement and automation of manual activities (Lean, RPA, workflow tools).
