Production Operator

The job involves packing and labeling materials (sheets and rolls of finished product) at the Envigado CD, adhering to customer requirements and packaging standards. Ensure materials remain in optimal condition throughout the process. Operate and maintain machinery, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness. Follow strict quality control procedures to guarantee product integrity and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Comply with health and safety regulations, always wearing appropriate PPE. Identify and report defects or irregularities in materials or finished products to supervisors. Participate in team meetings to discuss objectives, challenges, and improvements. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance overall efficiency. Suggest and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. Assist in training new team members on packaging procedures and safety protocols. Troubleshoot basic packaging equipment issues and report complex problems to maintenance staff. Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality management systems.
