HVAC Technician

We are looking for you HVAC TECHNICIAN to join our enthusiastic and committed team at the Municipality of Vihti's Facility Services to provide high-quality services for our residents. Facility Services manages and maintains approximately 60 active properties that serve residents and other users in various service functions. Currently, the maintenance and upkeep of these properties are handled by a team of 25 professionals, and we are now looking for you to join us! The HVAC technician works in the maintenance of the municipality's premises. The job description includes performing maintenance, inspection, and repair tasks for various components of HVAC systems according to specifications and manufacturer instructions, as well as maintaining specified conditions in cooperation with property management and the property monitoring center. Small-scale new installations as part of building maintenance are also included in the duties. You are the person we are looking for if you have a vocational qualification as an HVAC technician or equivalent education suitable for the position and 3-5 years of experience in installation work. Other HVAC and building technology training and qualifications are an advantage. We expect knowledge of building structures, HVAC and electrical systems, building automation, and the use of electronic maintenance logs. Additionally, requirements include an occupational safety card, a hot work permit, and at least a category B driver's license. We expect planning, arrangement, and organizational skills, initiative, problem-solving skills, a proactive work attitude, and basic IT skills.
