The successful candidate will design and develop English-language bachelor's degree curricula, coordinate curriculum development work, participate in student admission-related tasks, and service provision, coordination, and development of study services. The role includes guiding and advising students at different stages of their studies and coordinating these tasks within Aalto University. The job may also include other study management tasks and programme-specific activities. The role involves broad collaboration with both student services and academic staff. We expect flexible, proactive, development-oriented, and solution-focused work attitude, strong organizational skills, and ability to plan and lead one’s own work. Experience with study administration and familiarity with higher education processes and information systems is valued. It is beneficial to have experience with international undergraduate programmes and to have good Finnish and English language skills; Swedish is welcome for customer contacts. Proficiency with information systems is essential, and you should be an experienced user and eager to leverage systems analytically.
