Survey Work Supervisor

Insinööritoimisto Geocom Oy has provided diverse infrastructure consulting services for 25 years. The company offers survey services for infrastructure and community projects, including geotechnical investigations, quality control services, laser scanning, aerial photography, point cloud modeling services (3D models), and 3D machine control modeling, as well as design services (streets and water supply). The company also provides soil laboratory, equipment maintenance, and monitoring services. Clients are offered responsible collaboration. The company has modernized by focusing on large national infrastructure projects and recruiting experienced surveying professionals. Currently, we are looking to expand our team with two experienced and responsible construction and infrastructure professionals - SURVEY WORK SUPERVISOR. We expect from you: an independent work approach, high-quality and precise work, willingness to take responsibility, good interaction and cooperation skills, stress tolerance, good Finnish language skills, good English language skills, strong evidence of successful management of previous construction and/or infrastructure projects, ability to learn new things and enthusiasm for new technologies, a B-driver's license. Technical training in surveying (technician, engineer, or surveyor) is considered an advantage. Willingness to work on current industrial and infrastructure projects in the company’s locations in South Karelia and Kymenlaakso. Work is typically performed outdoors during weekdays, but can be adjusted according to client requests. The company has arranged accommodation for employees at the work sites. Survey equipment includes Leica and Tribl devices, and data processing utilizes 3D-Wini and AutoCAD.
