Customer Service Representative, Värväämö Group Oy - Citywork Oy - Vantaa, Finland

Do you enjoy helping people and handling customer service situations? Are you naturally calm, solution-oriented, and comfortable with diverse customer interactions? We are looking for three customer service representatives for our client company for long-term employment. In this role, you will assist customers via phone and email in various service situations. The job does not involve sales; the main focus is on providing smooth and high-quality customer service. Job tasks - Assisting customers by phone - Responding to email inquiries - Resolving and directing customer situations as needed - Ensuring a high-quality customer experience On an average workday, approximately 50-60 calls are handled, so the role is suitable for someone who can work efficiently in busy situations while maintaining a positive service attitude. We hope you have - Customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills - Fluent Finnish language skills and ability to serve in English - Basic IT skills - Stress tolerance and initiative Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is an advantage but not mandatory; the most important thing is the right attitude and willingness to learn. After that, weekly working hours are estimated at 20-37.5 hours/week, but full-time continuation is also possible. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 17:00. Salary is based on the industry collective agreement and depends on your experience, ranging from €15.30 to €15.85 per hour.
