Personal Assistant

We are looking for a personal assistant to join Onni in Pudasjärvi, to provide customer‑oriented assistance in clients’ daily life. The role involves helping clients with everyday tasks at home and in activities outside the home. Assignments may vary and depend on the client’s condition and individual needs; the work is diverse and may include several different clients and tasks in a single day. A driving license and access to a car are required for the role. No formal training or prior experience is needed; a positive work attitude and willingness to learn and work customer‑oriented in various situations are sufficient. All new assistants receive thorough onboarding at Onni’s Assistant Academy before starting, with ongoing guidance from a team supervisor as needed. Work is typically in two shifts on weekdays and weekends, with shift lengths from two hours and up, and days may include one or more clients. You can influence your hours and work part‑time or on a casual/spot basis, in a way that suits your life situation. We consider both client needs and assistant preferences to best match them. The first shift for a client is a potential orientation shift, after which the assistant and client can evaluate cooperation and compatibility. If later something doesn’t work as planned, we will find a suitable solution together. If you wish, you can work with more than one client by coordinating schedules. We expect: Star‑level Finnish language skills (B2) and a driving license with own car availability if needed; minimum age.
