We are looking for an early childhood education childcare worker or a practical nurse specialised in children to join our team, whose key responsibility will be to act as a strong linguistic role model and to support and teach finnish to the children as a part of their daily life and play. Excellent mastery of the finnish language is required for the position. As a childcare worker/ practical nurse, you'll be responsible, together with the early childhood education teacher, for the activities of a group of children aged 1-6 and for the cooperation with the parents. You are an active member of the team and participate in developing our daycare center's operations and early education plan. Must haves: - A qualification as an Early childhood education childcare worker or a practical nurse. - Excellent finnish language skills - Good english language skills - Outstanding collaboration skills - A positive approach to problem-solving Good to haves: - Experience in a multi-cultural environment 1+ years of experience working with children
