Responsibilities
- Lead the overall on-site organization of road and infrastructure projects, ensuring safe, high-quality, and profitable execution.
- Manage on-site teams including foremen, site engineers and other specialists; build and develop the on-site team as projects grow.
- Oversee project production, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- Participate in bidding and early-phase project calculations; influence project scope and approach."
- Report to the business leader of road operations and work closely with the production organization, procurement and other support functions.
