Job Description
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager based in the Western Germany region (Düsseldorf, Cologne, Dortmund, or Bonn), working as part of a local team and contributing to Team Framery across Central Europe. In this role, we seek a proactive self-starter with solid communication and collaboration skills to expand our market presence across the territory. While the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region will be your core market, this role requires frequent traveling around the region. As an Area Sales Manager, you will have the autonomy to manage and execute sales strategies that contribute to our shared territory goals while representing Framery within the local industry. Success in this role comes from building and nurturing relationships with our Dealer Partners, the A&D community, End Users, Commercial Real Estate teams, and Government Entities. You will also collaborate with colleagues to support and refine our dealer network, helping partners grow and strengthen their Framery business. You will be joining our Central & Eastern Europe Sales team, which consists of eight Area Sales Managers, working alongside our four-person local team covering other regions of Germany. While you’ll have a strong local focus, you are part of a global sales force of approximately 60 professionals. Beyond sales, you will be supported by a broader team of Framerians in logistics, technical, and support roles, all collaborating seamlessly to ensure our customers' success. We are looking for: Prior sales experience in the local office furniture market, with an understanding of Dealer, A&D, and End User sales channels An established industry network and existing professional relationships within the territory Entrepreneurial and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks independently Team-oriented mindset, collaborating with internal and external partners to drive customer success Fluency in German and professional working proficiency in English. Base in the Western Germany area (Postcode areas 4 or 5). Why consider this role? This bonus is tied to achieving our territory sales goals, with payouts assessed twice per year to reward your contribution to the team’s success.
