Job Description Are you a team player enthusiastic about saving, investing, and life insurance, with a can-do attitude and a brisk ability to find solutions to various situations? We are now looking for an insurance administrator for our Savings and Pension Insurance Processing and Advisory team for a fixed-term employment contract until June 30, 2027. Your workstation is located at our head office in Pasila, Helsinki. Work begins according to agreement, but we hope for a start as soon as possible. Our team is responsible for the versatile processing of savings and pension insurance solutions for both individual and corporate customers. As an insurance administrator, your duties include various processing and customer service tasks related to savings and pension insurance. You will serve both internal and external customers by phone and using electronic channels, and in this, good language skills (Swedish, English) are clearly an advantage. The duties of an insurance administrator also include, among other things, the processing of claims, various payment traffic tasks, and the opportunity to assist in current development projects. The tasks are versatile, and in your work, you will participate in all stages of the insurance lifecycle. You have the support of a professional team of about 10 people. You are a self-motivated, accurate, pressure-tolerant, and positive team player who brings good energy to our team, making it a great place to work. Success in the position requires strong collaboration and communication skills as well as the ability to communicate fluently in changing customer service situations in addition to Finnish, preferably also in Swedish and English. A suitable educational background (e.g. Bachelor of Business Administration), previous experience in customer service work, and knowledge of the financial sector, especially regarding various life insurance solutions and saving and investing, are considered an advantage in the position.
