Electrician

We are looking for an experienced electrician for a permanent position in Naantali to work on diverse shipyard projects in the maritime industry. The role entails electrical installations, maintenance and repair tasks in a shipyard environment, and requires the ability to work independently and responsibly, good Finnish language skills and a clean background. The candidate should have electrical trade education, experience from a shipbuilding or maritime environment, and demonstrable perseverance with at least one longer employment. The position offers permanent employment with regular daytime hours 7:00–15:45 on weekdays, opportunities for substantial earnings through overtime, compensation aligned to the technology industry collective agreement, and a varied role in an industrial setting. Recruitment starts on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with the aim of permanent employment after six months.
