Building Cleaner

Ruokolahti municipality welfare services is hiring for a cleaner in food and cleaning services starting 1 September or by agreement. The cleaner also has team responsibility. You will guide and support employees in their work, ensure necessary equipment and supplies, and ensure that work is smooth and clear for the employees. The role requires versatile practical cleaning work, cleaning technology and machine operation, though a large part of the work is practical, independent cleaning. We expect a responsible, positive and solution-oriented attitude as well as a practical, developmental work approach and customer service mindset. Qualification required is a professional qualification in cleaning and facilities services (puhtaus- ja kiinteistöpalvelualan erikoisammattitutkinto) or other suitable education and work experience. Conditions of employment follow the Municipal Sector general collective agreement (KVTES), with a weekly working time of 38.25 hours. The work is mainly on weekdays, including morning and evening shifts on a rotating basis. The position starts under the KVTES pay scale at level 7SII70B1 and the monthly salary is 2255.34 €, with possible experience-based salary supplement.
