
Workshop Intern

The position is for a Workshop Intern who will join the technical team to learn about the maintenance of cutting-edge medical diagnostic equipment. This is a unique opportunity to develop technical skills in an agile, collaborative environment with real impact on patient health. Responsibilities include supporting workshop activities and gaining deep knowledge of diagnostic equipment and management processes; performing preventive and corrective maintenance under supervision; collaborating with Field Service Engineers in installation and commissioning of Roche analyzers; developing applications to improve and automate internal workshop projects; managing documentation for parts import and operating materials; ensuring compliance with administrative-technical procedures, including report preparation and CRM software usage; actively participating in technical trainings; contributing to organization of materials, reagents and peripherals for service continuity; and providing organizational support to ensure continuous service to customers. Candidate should be a graduate in Electronic, Mechatronic, Biomedical engineering or related fields; have intermediate English; intermediate MS Office with emphasis on Excel; be proactive with quick learning and attention to detail; be a team player with strong professional ethics. Previous experience or knowledge in clinical-lab management is preferable but not required. Relocation benefits are not available.

Responsibilities
- Support workshop activities and gain deep knowledge of diagnostic equipment and management processes
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance under supervision
- Collaborate with Field Service Engineers on installation and commissioning of Roche analyzers (Cobas and Sysmex)
- Develop applications to improve and automate internal workshop projects
- Manage documentation for import of spare parts and operating materials
- Ensure compliance with administrative-technical procedures including reports and CRM usage
- Participate in technical trainings and sessions in the workshop
- Organize materials, reagents and peripherals for service continuity
- Assist in organization of materials and maintain service to customers
Requirements
- Engineering degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Biomedical or related fields
- Intermediate English for technical manuals
- Intermediate MS Office (Excel) for data management
- Proactive, fast learner with attention to detail
- Team player with strong ethics
- Experience or knowledge in clinical-lab management preferred but not required
