Optimizer / Scheduler

We are seeking an optimizer/scheduler for Attendo Telkänpesä’s home care and senior homes in Jyväskylä to handle scheduling and optimization tasks. The role requires experience in home care scheduling or a broad view of related tasks such as shift planning or other operational organization. The position is full-time and permanent, with work in morning shifts on weekdays and weekends. Start date can be arranged flexibly. The job includes managing the overall scheduling, customer-facing work, and daily guidance and support for staff. You will use your professional expertise to ensure smooth daily life and to develop operations together with the team. It is advantageous if you are already familiar with the Domacare system, or have a curious and open mindset to learn new things. We value a development-oriented approach to work and a willingness to streamline home care routines with the rest of the team. The scheduler is expected to have good stress tolerance and good interpersonal skills. Our clients live in Telkänpesä senior homes and in their own homes within the Jyväskylä area.
