We are looking for a senior, dynamic leader to head our Finland Technology Tribe. In this role, you will act as a key ambassador and driver of progress, ensuring the tribe delivers on quarterly objectives while continuously improving performance and innovation. You will own the Tribe’s end-to-end performance, including engagement, efficiency and quality. You will drive development of local products like our Payroll solution as well as related add on solutions and also support adopting our global solutions towards the Finnish market. You will work closely with Finland leadership and global Product Management to align priorities and deliver impactful solutions for the Finnish market and, at times, the wider northern European region. Key Responsibilities Product Leadership Define, drive and evangelise the Tribe’s product vision, strategy, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders; Manage the product lifecycle (pilot, scale, decommission) with Product Managers and Architects; Ensure high standards for quality, security, compliance, and performance; Oversee technology roadmap, including managing technical debt and driving upgrades. Planning & Delivery Lead quarterly business planning and roadmap execution; Align priorities across Product Owners, stakeholders, and market teams; Monitor delivery progress and manage expectations across the organisation. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Act as the key link in a matrix organisation, collaborating transversally across tribes and with global portfolio teams; Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and outsourced services; Serve as the escalation point for product-related topics in Finland. People & Leadership Build and develop a high-performing organisation aligned with technology strategy and Finland business strategy; Lead and coach cross-functional software development teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, ProductOps coaches,Engineers and Architects; Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. Global Alignment & Innovation Ensure alignment with global technology strategy, metrics, and compliance standards; Contribute to transversal (cross-market) product initiatives and asset development and usage. Your Profile Senior leadership experience in technology and software development roles within international organisations; Strong background in Agile environments and leading large and distributed teams; Proven experience delivering large-scale technology programs and transformation initiatives; Solid understanding of modern HR tech ecosystems (e.g. payroll, data & analytics, integrations, AI, security) is an advantage; Inspiring and pragmatic leader with a strong focus on delivery and people development; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Fluent in spoken and written Finnish and English. Swedish language is a plus.
