Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking a permanent Early Childhood Education Teacher for Havukallion Daycare in Vantaa, starting 1 September 2026. Havukallion Daycare is located in a natural, forested residential area with good transport connections. The facility hosts five groups of children and recently renovated spaces where you will collaborate with other staff to build inspiring learning environments. Our pedagogy emphasizes emotional and social skills and language development, and we value play, participation, and joint exploration. You will work in a multi-professional environment with supportive colleagues and possible involvement in supervising student teachers during field practice. We expect a sensitive, warm approach to children, good teamwork, flexibility, development-mindedness, and strong Finnish language skills. The position may involve working with other professional staff in a cooperative, respectful atmosphere. The contract is permanent, and the start date is 1 September 2026.
