Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Supervisor for Prima Power’s Seinäjoki factory. The role centers on leading the sheet metal production assembly line and sub-assemblies, coordinating with production, logistics, quality, and design teams, and continuously improving production methods. The position involves two shifts, with the evening shift expanding responsibility to the entire factory's production operations; the evening shift is every third week. The supervisor will ensure tasks are clear, plan resources, monitor progress, and safeguard quality and safety. You will oversee the assembly line for sheet metal processing machines and sub-assemblies, collaborating closely with production, logistics, quality, design, and other functions to find ways to produce better. We offer a permanent, full-time contract and Prima Power employee benefits. The salary at start is estimated at 3500–4000 €/month. The job is located in Seinäjoki, Southern Ostrobothnia, Finland. The role requires practical, proactive mindset, good communication and collaboration, ability to prioritise and adapt to changes, interest in developing both processes and people, strong IT skills, and sufficient English. Technical education in machining, electrical, or automation (AMK) is a plus; experience in machine construction, assembly, installation or production control systems is beneficial.
