We are seeking a cheerful and skilled a la carte waiter for our client Kartano & Kylpylähotelli Haikko in Porvoo. Kartano & Kylpylähotelli Haikko is a unique estate complex of several buildings, part of the family-owned experiential travel company Lapland Hotels. Located by the sea in the Porvoo archipelago, warm hospitality is a natural part of every encounter. We value that you enjoy your work and want to delight customers with elegant service, a friendly and service-minded demeanor. Your duties include warmly welcoming guests, serving with professional poise, delivering dishes and drinks, and upselling. Depending on your skills you may also take on meeting, catering, and other event service tasks. We value and expect: a positive attitude and diamond-level work in customer contact; at least one year of experience as a waiter; willingness to apply your skills broadly and develop further; good knowledge of wine in addition to service etiquette and gastronomy; ability to work in a team; fluent Finnish and English; bartending and hygiene certificates. The estate is set in a beautiful manor park by the sea, with spa, hotel and conference facilities. Accommodation is available in a modern spa hotel near the spa area or in the elegant rooms of the historic manor hotel. The park spans 14 hectares with half a kilometer of shoreline and the Satu Tiivola rose garden. The spa features a relaxing pool area, experience showers and various saunas. Relax Center Haikko offers treatments such as individual and couple baths, massages and body and facial treatments. The hotel also offers versatile conference and event venues for up to 400 guests.
