We are seeking construction labourers for Hämeenlinna, Finland. The roles are on a large construction site in the Hattula area. Tasks include moving materials, site organization, cleaning, safeguarding works, and other tasks that support smooth site operations. The job is physical and performed as part of the on-site staff, so a positive attitude and proactive work ethic are important. Previous experience in construction is an advantage but not required. A safety training card is beneficial and we can help obtain it if needed. We offer entry to a large worksite and opportunities to gain construction experience; for good workers, longer assignments may be possible. Pay is determined by experience and ranges about 13–15 EUR/hour. Employment follows the construction industry collective agreement. Start dates are imminent, with first positions opening next week.
