Ab JR Vestman Oy seeks a skilled and proactive truck driver for a permanent position. The work is varied and changes with the seasons and needs. In the summer we collaborate closely with local asphalt companies, and the job includes tasks such as moving machines and other transport duties as required. The summer season is usually busy and the pace of work can be intense. In winter we drive snow plowing with a wheel loader. Winter is generally quieter than summer, but workload varies with weather and upcoming assignments. We are looking for a driver who enjoys varied tasks and can work independently. The candidate should have the ability to understand the bigger picture, take initiative and take responsibility for their own work. Requirements include CE driver's license, experience driving trucks, a proactive and responsible work attitude, flexibility to adapt to changing tasks. Experience with machine moves, wheel loader or similar tasks is a plus. We also value Finnish and Swedish language skills since we operate in a bilingual area. We offer permanent and varied work, a salary higher than the collective agreement (TES), and a workplace where trust is placed in the employee and responsibility is given.
