Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative early childhood education teacher to join Ylästö Daycare as a permanent employee. The role involves working in the pre-school group, contributing to inclusive leadership within a unit that comprises three daycares. The team includes another early childhood education teacher, a child caregiver, and an assistant. The daycare is located in a natural, family-friendly area with nearby parks and nature trails, and we regularly leverage local community resources to support our activities. We value child friendship and emotional skills, child participation, and a calm, respectful engagement with parents. We operate under an parallel leadership model with one director focusing on staff and another on pedagogy, and we strive for a welcoming, motivating, supportive, relaxed, and career-enhancing environment for all staff. Salary: 3129.46–3234.53 EUR/month, with extra allowances for appropriate qualifications and a master’s degree as applicable. 6-month probation applies. The position is full-time.
