We are now looking for two Cleaning Services Supervisors to join our growing team in the Helsinki metropolitan area! In cleaning supervision and guidance, you will be responsible for the operational planning and smooth delivery of cleaning services at our customer sites. The person we are looking for is genuinely service-minded and customer-oriented, enjoys a sometimes busy working environment, organises their work efficiently and has outstanding problem-solving skills. What we expect from you Succeeding in the role requires previous experience in the cleaning sector, supervisory duties and managing customer relationships profitably. You must be able to communicate fluently in both Finnish and English and genuinely enjoy working in a multicultural environment. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are also central to the role, as is the ability to work independently in a supervisory position. Leading by example and motivating your subordinates are part of your everyday work. You will need a driving licence. The opportunity to use your own car is considered an advantage.
