Job Description
Unikie is seeking an AI Adoption Mentor — Test Automation & QA to support our customers testing and QA teams in Tampere. The role involves assessing how teams use AI, identifying practical use cases, mentoring in AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and others, supporting AI-assisted test case generation, and acting as a technical advisor. The candidate should have a strong background in software testing, hands-on experience with AI tools, and the ability to work directly with customer teams. Onsite work in Tampere is required, and fluency in English is necessary. Nice to have skills include QA leadership, experience with requirements management tools, and Finnish language skills.
