Vendor Security & Standards Manager

Nebius is looking for a rigorous and assertive Vendor Security & Standards Manager to own the end-to-end compliance of all external supply chain security partners against Nebius security standards and requirements. This role sits at the enforcement edge of the NGSCS function — its purpose is to ensure that every vendor, carrier, 3PL, and logistics partner operating within the Nebius supply chain performs to the standards Nebius defines, without exception. The Vendor Security & Standards Manager is responsible for physically verifying compliance on the ground, identifying gaps, mandating corrective actions, and holding vendors accountable to a zero tolerance policy on security standards. Where vendors fall short, this role drives change - escalating non-compliance, enforcing remediation timelines, and recommending vendor sanctions where necessary. The role operates globally, engaging with vendors across all Nebius supply chain regions and serves as the NGSCS authority on vendor security performance. It reports directly to the Head of Global Supply Chain Security and works in close coordination with regional managers to ensure consistent standards enforcement across the entire vendor network.
