We are looking for chimney sweeps who have a professional chimney sweep qualification or are interested in obtaining one to join Nokikaveri Oy in Valkeakoski for a permanent position. Nokikaveri Oy is more than a nationwide chimney service; we employ chimney sweeps across Finland and are modernising and digitalising the field. A dispatcher plans routes in advance so the workday consists only of chimney sweeping, for which you have been trained. Our office handles other tasks like invoicing and chimney certificates, allowing you to focus on your core expertise. You can affect your workload and schedule; our booking service reserves targets for chimney work in your calendar. We have developed a dedicated system for the trade that makes your work easier: you receive and mark your work on a tablet. You can also influence your own working hours, enabling good balance with family and leisure. The median total earnings for our chimney sweeps are about 3,450 euros per month, including base pay and half-day allowances for mobile work at customer sites. With diligent and productive work, total earnings can rise to 4,000–5,000 euros per month. We also care for our employees outside working hours: in addition to statutory occupational accident insurance, we provide leisure-time accident insurance. Induction takes place in Pirkkala to acquaint you with Nokikaveri Oy’s culture and values, and you will receive all necessary equipment and a car.
