We are looking for a service-oriented HR specialist as a partner for recruitment support, employer brand and the development of higher education cooperation. The task is fixed-term. We offer an interesting role in HR tasks for a person who is enthusiastic, strongly customer-oriented and a proactive partner. You will have the support of our industry's HR specialists and the experts of the Stadi HR network in your daily work. As an HR specialist, you will work in close cooperation with supervisors supporting them in recruitments and at the same time developing the recruitment process to be smoother together with the recruitment team. It is important for us to regularly monitor the experiences of applicants and develop the recruitment process based on feedback. The orientation and training of supervisors in the recruitment process are also included in your duties. The development of our employer image is based on the employee experience. We actively build and monitor the development of the employer image and as an HR specialist you will, in cooperation with a communication specialist, influence the planning, content and visibility of the employer image development in different media and events. We do versatile and planned cooperation with universities in the capital region. We anticipate future competence needs and their possible effects on the content of studies, participate in events and organize our own student event annually. As an HR specialist, you prepare and coordinate tasks related to higher education cooperation and participate in cooperation meetings together with management, supervisors and specialists. Other experience from various HR tasks and stakeholder cooperation is considered an advantage. Success in the position requires strong customer orientation, initiative, solution-orientedness as well as excellent cooperation and presentation skills. The tasks of the working days can vary and change from the planned according to the need for recruitment support, so good organization and time management skills and a flexible way of working will help you succeed. The eligibility criterion for the position is a suitable higher university degree. Experience in recruitment support, recruitment process and employer image development is required.
