Sales Manager

We are looking for a permanent Sales Manager to join NCC Industry’s stone and earthworks business in the Helsinki region. The role involves selling crushed stone products, earthworks reception and recycling services, and expanding the customer base while maintaining relationships and achieving sales targets. You will prepare offers and contracts, monitor sales, costs and stock, ensure up-to-date customer and sales data in our systems, and leverage data to develop sales and customer relations. The position operates in a hybrid model with a Helsinki office and remote work, meeting customers mainly in the Helsinki area, its surroundings and other parts of Uusimaa. We value a proactive and goal-oriented approach, technical, construction‑oriented or commercial education, and good Finnish and English. Swedish is an advantage. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for a moving role are required.
