About the role

We are seeking an experienced and development-minded instructional designer to join Turun AKK and take responsibility for planning and coordinating trainings. The designer will work as a partner to the training managers and support practical planning, focusing on resource planning and management for trainings, creating and maintaining work schedules in systems, and coordinating various practical arrangements for training activities. The role includes participating in annual training planning with training managers, planning and maintaining schedules in Studenta and TimeEdit, supporting staffing, facilities, and resource use, and assisting in training-related practical arrangements. You will also develop operating methods in collaboration with training managers and training areas. Additionally, you may act as a training assistant for short courses and participate in customer advisory at the institute’s help desk. Close collaboration with training managers, teaching staff, and other key stakeholders is key. Responsibilities include maintaining work schedules in Studenta and TimeEdit, coordinating use of personnel, facilities and other resources, supporting annual training planning, and assisting with practical arrangements related to training.
