For this reason, the ICE Advanced Analytics Solutions unit is continually strengthening its team and seeking Snowflake Data Engineer/Architect professionals to join its growing group. Advanced Analytics Solutions focuses on using data to develop businesses. Its services include advisory work related to data architecture, data management and data strategy, as well as implementing modern data platforms and analytics solutions. The unit also provides support, maintenance and continuous development for the solutions it delivers. The team works with leading cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and BI technologies (Power BI, Tableau). Strong team spirit, openness and working together guide the team. You will have skilled colleagues and a coaching manager to support you, and can share your expertise, learn new things and develop with the rest of the team. Your role: We are looking for experienced Snowflake professionals whose focus may be either data engineering or data architecture. You could implement modern data warehouse and data platform solutions for customers using Snowflake in a cloud environment, build near-real-time integrations, or design a customer’s future data architecture. Depending on your experience and interests, you may also participate in sales projects and help customers make architecture and technology choices that support their business. Your work will help customers use data more effectively to develop their business, while giving you the opportunity to join a growing team where demand for Snowflake expertise and its development continues. Your office can be in Helsinki or Turku, and we offer flexible opportunities for remote and hybrid work. We expect you to have: • Experience in data engineering or data architecture. • Knowledge of Snowflake environments and cloud services such as Azure, AWS and GCP. • An understanding of data warehouse solutions. • Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Matillion, Openflow or Glue. • Data modelling skills, for example dbt and ADE. • Strong Python and SQL skills. • Fluency in Finnish and English. • Experience working directly with customers.
