Two tractor drivers are sought for diverse contracting work in machinery contracting, winter maintenance and agricultural contracting. Tasks focus on snow plowing and winter maintenance, but responsibilities include other contracting work with tractors and agricultural contracting. Tasks vary by season and circumstances and include: snow plowing and other winter maintenance; contracting work performed with tractors; agricultural contracting tasks; various earthworks and maintenance; maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment; light repair and overhaul of machines; other tasks related to the company’s contracting operations. We expect candidates to have previous experience with tractor work and to handle machines carefully. Required: responsible and proactive work attitude; good motivation; meticulousness and care of equipment; ability to work independently; flexibility in changing duties and conditions; readiness to work also in demanding winter conditions. Having equipment maintenance, repair and overhaul skills is an asset; experience with excavator driving and agricultural contracting is an asset as well. We value a practical attitude and willingness to engage in diverse tasks. The role suits a person who enjoys being around machines and can work both independently and as part of a team.
