Cost Estimator

We are seeking a cost estimator for the greater Helsinki area to join our client’s team. The role involves cost and quantity estimation for refurbishment projects; you will work closely with multiple departments and showcase your expertise on projects. The candidate should have a passion for quality and cost efficiency and be able to work independently while sharing knowledge with the team. Responsibilities include leading cost and quantity calculations with precision and financial thinking at the core, and collaborating with other departments to present your expertise. We expect construction-related education (e.g., construction foreman or construction engineer) and several years of cost estimation experience, particularly for renovation projects. The position is a permanent hire with a stable company, and the work location is Espoo, Helsinki, and Vantaa. The starting salary is to be agreed.
