We are hiring a childcare worker for the Swedish-speaking day care Håkansböle in Vanda. You will be part of the pedagogical team and collaborate with multiprofessional colleagues to develop an inclusive, safe and sustainable operating culture where the child’s best is the focus. You will support the children with security, care and daily routines, and collaborate with guardians, colleagues and other stakeholders. The role requires good teamwork, clear and respectful communication with children, families and staff, and the ability to respond to each child’s individual needs. We offer a warm, supportive work community, and a workplace that bravely develops and tests new ways of working, with a focus on the well-being and participation of both children and adults. The assignment is a full-time position at the Håkansböle day care, with a fixed-term term ending 24.08.2026 or by agreement.
