HR Business Partner - Kraton Chemical Oy - Remote - Global

Kraton is hiring a Human Resource Business Partner at our Belpre, Ohio location. The role involves partnering with employees and management, investigating employee relations issues, conducting exit interviews, creating training, maintaining recognition programs, administering performance management, recruiting, maintaining labor relations, and supporting employee engagement. The candidate should have 5-7 years HR experience including 2-3 years of labor relations, knowledge of HR basics, and preferably experience in manufacturing, employee relations, and HRIS. A 4-year degree in HR or Labor Relations and HR certification are preferred.
