Team Leader

Do you want to combine practical work and work management in the same position? We are seeking for our client company Elektro-Valo Oy a working team leader for the luminaire assembly department for a permanent employment in day work. On offer is a responsible role in a clean and safe factory environment and the opportunity to start work quickly. As a working team leader, you are responsible for the smoothness of the daily work of the luminaire assembly department and also participate in the production tasks yourself. In the position, you take care of the organization of work, the progress of production and the practical operation of the department's everyday life together with the team. Work is full-time (40 h/week) and is done in a regular day shift. Remuneration is determined according to the technology industry collective agreement as well as your previous experience and expertise. A permanent employment relationship is offered.
