Retail Sales Assistant

We are now looking for a sales assistant to join the S-market Keuruu team. The position is permanent and part-time (25 hours per week). A sales assistant’s working days consist of various store duties, such as stocking shelves, working at the checkout, unloading deliveries and customer service. Even on a busy workday, you will be supported by the whole team and store manager Ville. We expect you to have previous customer service experience, enjoy customer service and teamwork, approach tasks energetically, and complete your work quickly and carefully. You want to work flexibly across different shifts—we serve customers during extended opening hours—and serve customers fluently in Finnish. Previous experience in retail is an advantage, but the most important things are a desire to work efficiently and to learn new things. The S-market Keuruu team will thoroughly train you for your duties. Pay is based on the retail-sector collective agreement and varies according to years of experience: €11.16–€14.93 per hour, plus evening and weekend supplements. You also have the opportunity to earn a performance bonus of up to €1.50 for each hour worked.
