Building Automation Installer

Are you an experienced building automation installer who wants to work on large, technically demanding projects? In this role you will take more responsibility on site and help ensure that projects progress according to plan. You will work on diverse and technically demanding projects in the Helsinki area, such as datas centres, hospitals and other large facilities where building automation functionality and high-quality implementation are crucial. Your work includes installation, cabling, wiring and commissioning tasks for building automation systems. As an experienced installer you will also take responsibility for the daily on-site workflow, guiding other installers and monitoring the overall progress together with the project manager to ensure installations proceed on schedule. On site you will be a key link between the project manager and installers, act proactively to resolve challenges, and maintain high quality from start to finish. Although this role carries more responsibility than a typical installer, you will still actively participate in hands-on installation work. You will have a strong practical approach and communicate effectively with the project manager, other installers and on-site stakeholders. We value strong technical understanding, a desire to learn more about building automation, and a can-do attitude to see tasks through to the end. Proficiency in Finnish is required for the role.
