We are looking for a Team Lead for a grocery store shelving team, 30h/week. In this position, you will have an excellent opportunity to develop your career! Practical tasks include shelving in a grocery store, guiding the team in practical execution, and instructing new and existing employees in their tasks. Administrative tasks include communication between employees and the customer, shift planning for your own team, and monitoring goals. Shelving work is versatile, fast-paced, and requires precision. It demands a proactive approach. The work is physically demanding and therefore requires good general fitness. Work is done at a brisk pace, but with a positive attitude! Customer service is a very important part of the job, as shelving is most often done while the store is open, meaning customers are acknowledged and assisted during the work. Days pass quickly when working with a great shelving team and customers! Work is performed flexibly from Monday to Saturday. The job is especially suitable for early birds, as shifts start at 6:00 AM. Before your first shifts, you will receive the necessary tools from us to succeed in the job. You don't have to worry about being thrown into the deep end without the required skills. What do we expect from you? The person we are looking for must have previous experience in grocery store shelving and fluent Finnish language skills. Work is performed Monday to Saturday starting from 6:00 AM. You should be able to commit to working approximately 30h/week. Salary according to the retail sector collective agreement (TES) + responsibility allowance. Employment contract is open-ended.
