Fitness Instructor

This role involves planning and leading movement clubs for children, with the aim of promoting wellbeing and an active lifestyle. The instructor will design and deliver movement activities in schools around Hämeenlinna, possibly combining also adult exercise supervision. The position is suitable as a supplementary job or to study alongside studies. Availability of sessions is ~2–15 hours per week depending on program size, with activities typically after school hours (1–5 pm). Responsibilities include planning and running movement clubs, guiding and encouraging children to be active, and ensuring a safe environment. We expect experience in leading physical activity, an enthusiastic and supportive approach, good communication and collaboration skills, independence and responsibility, and relevant training or studies in the field.
