ILS Engineer (Junior/Medior) – Integrated Logistics Support - Etteplan Oyj - Remote - Global

You don't need to be an expert, but have the ambition to become one. Work on systems like fighter jets, radar systems, tanks, and ships where reliability is critical. Focus on Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), bridging technology, maintenance, and operation. Collaborate on challenging projects, develop your skills, and help grow our ILS department. Tasks include ensuring system availability, balancing maintenance strategies, and analyzing design choices for supportability. Work involves client consultation, requirements analysis, and system engineering, often in a team environment. The role is based in Son, with some travel across the Netherlands. Ideal candidates have a technical background (MBO, HBO, or university), some experience in engineering or maintenance, and good command of Dutch and English. Experience with ILS, defense, or standards like S3000L is a plus but not required. We value initiative, curiosity, structure, and strong communication skills.
