Cafe Sales Assistant

We are looking for committed, customer service minded cafe staff for our Riipisen coffee shop at Kuusamo Airport for the winter season 2026–2027. Are you the approachable, humorous, energetic person and great team player we’re looking for? Your task is to ensure a memorable experience for customers in our café with a positive and upbeat attitude, so customer service is a passion close to your heart. Cafe duties include pre‑preparation, baking and display of cafe products. In addition, you will take care of customer areas, dishwashing, keeping the shop’s appearance tidy, and cash handling. We value: a positive attitude and flexibility; prior sales experience; language skills (Finnish and English at minimum); willingness to work evenings and weekends and on holidays; kitchen/cafe experience is a plus. The shifts run from 06:00 to 23:00 in line with the airport’s opening hours. A valid hygiene passport is required. For the Finavia permit you also need a valid passport or police-issued identity card. Applicants must be of legal age.
