Daytime activity instructor for people with disabilities

We are seeking an instructor for daytime activities for adults with disabilities for Taitopaja Kaisla, based in Vantaa (Elannontie 5, 01510). The unit focuses on crafts and arts-based work, with some subcontracting and other day programs. The role involves planning, implementing, evaluating and developing activities with clients, respect for client participation and self-determination, and collaboration with the work community and networks. You will use the Apotti client information system and prepare individual and goal-oriented daytime activity plans with clients. Documentation is part of daily routine. The main work location is Taitopaja Kaisla, but tasks may be performed at other units within the Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing service area. Interviews may be arranged during the application period (2–4 September 2026). Tasks include daily group-based activities with individual needs in mind. The job may also include basic care and medication-related tasks as agreed. We value creative method skills, media, digital and social media competencies.
